	1. A:	How to get a Uniprot Number by using a protein name? Please use the web site www.unipro.org, and search with your protein name, then you will find the number easily.

	2. A:	How to open and read the results produced by the library design? You will get 2 files by email, after your properly request of the libary design service, "lib-y2h-out.txt" and "lib-y2h-out2.txt". Any software for txt file can open them, but we suggest you to use special software such as Notpad++, which has been tested repeatedly by us.

	3. A:	How to get the SS3 format structure information? The structure information in SS3 format can be produced by a secondary structure prediction software such as Porter or Raptox. You can easily find the web server online.
